OK i decided to try some new chit i quit smoking 5 days ago and not really played any poker partly due to the fact my concentration is all over the place right now reckon i'll just maintain the no poker theme for another week. Nicotine cravings have gone it eased off after the 1st day which might i add was just pure hell but i got through it ....Acid test was this afternoon in the bookies i managed to cope ok even trho i was inadvertantly sat in the smoking section.....
