Yikes been letting this slide

Got back from Bolton after plaing the £200 freezeout and what can i say about that!!!! First hand played after nearly 30 minutes play was AA which got smashed by AK i lost 3700 of my original 5000 start stack on that hand Midway through level two there 3 limpers into the pot by this time i only have 950 so decided to push all in for 950 all fold around to Sb who calls with a mighty K-5 suited methinks he is of scandinavian descent.. Anyway flop came good for me turn brings flush draw for the other guy i instantly say Nice Hand i know whats coming and yes exocet missile flush on river and thats me off to the rail well tella little lie i was off to the bar Bottle of Magners and time for reflection. Friday onwards i had to do the live update of the GukPT £1000 buyin event which might i add was an most impressive competition the field was very tough!!! day one went rather slow lost 60 players out of the field of 200 entrants. Day two was a gruelling day back in the casino for the 3pm start until end of play at 3am just the run of the mill 12 hours the field was dwindled down to just 19 entrants coming back for day 3
Day 3 started at 3.00pm sharp for the lucky 9 that made the final started around 7.30 this was televised due on channel 4 sometime later in the year

Monday arrived home at 9am shattered no sleep through the night decide to try get some sleep but my son decided he wanted to play so bang goes chance of sleep i ended up playing some poker on littlewoods finished the day +$70 better result than been having on ladbrokes yay
Overall the last 4 days have been hugely tiring and today i feel much better after having a huge 12 hours sleep Back to the grind on littlewoods i go wish me luck!
